This Summer- Get Ready—
On Your Mark, Get Set….READ!
Our summer is all about sports, racing, athletes, health, and fitness! Train your body and your brain this summer by attending our movin’ and groovin’ programs and by joining our Summer Reading Club!
Our Summer Reading Club runs from JUNE 18-AUGUST 27!
Children may register any day in–person when the library is open or online here.
We will count any reading they do from June 18 onward.
We encourage the development of good reading habits by rewarding children for daily reading.
Once registered, children receive a daily reading log.
Children keep track of days they read, and books they read at home. Reading logs are available here online as well as at the library. Bring the reading log back to the library to earn Book Bucks and Prizes!
Our Club is open to all children from infants to children entering 5th grade. Younger non-readers can record books read to them, or Early Literacy Activities that they do together with an adult.
Print a reading log at the bottom of this page!
