Please keep in mind...

  • All programs are free, and priority is given to residents of the Nyack School District. Group size is limited. Residents outside of the Nyack School District will be placed on a waiting list and contacted only if there is room in the program.

  • Programs are designed for the intended age group.

  • Please make alternate arrangements for other children for infant and toddler programs.

  • Required registration begins at least one week before each program.

    Daily reading habits help children retain information they have learned. This year, readers will keep track of the number of days that they do some reading. They will also write down the titles they read. Younger non-readers can record Early Literacy Activities that you do together.
    Everyone will turn in their reading/activity logs at the library to receive prizes.

    Summer Reading Club Kickoff: Dinosaurs Rock!

    For ages 3 and up.

    Dig into learning about the prehistoric past with this exciting interactive Fossil Adventure show, where every child will get to dig for their own fossil!

    Fran is back with her entertaining program of music and movement.

    Age appropriate books and toys will be available in our Storytime Room. This is a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your little one and meet other local parents and caregivers.
